Ms. Saunders is deeply involved in public service as member of the Diversity 365 Task Force, the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh's Board and the Summerbridge Academy Advisory Board. She is also a current member of Leadership Pittsburgh's LDI XVII class and is a mentor with the Strong Women Strong Girls Foundation. Sabrina was recognized for her work by Pittsburgh Magazine as a "40 under 40" award recipient in 2008 and by Ebony Magazine as a "Young Leader on the Rise" in 2009. Ms. Saunders is an alumnus of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, attended Carlow University to obtain a Masters of Science Degree in 2008 and is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, PA. Sabrina has served as Vice-President, Parliamentarian and as a member of the Social Events Committee since joining ULYP in 2007.

Marisa is extremely involved in the Pittsburgh community. She recognizes her responsibility to serve the city where she works, and lives. As Vice-President of ULYP-GP and with the help of the board, she creates an environment where Young Professionals can build networks and give back to the community that supports their growth and development. In addition, Marisa serves on the board of trustees at Mount Ararat Baptist Church, is a R.I.S.E mentor for the University of Pittsburgh, and an active participant for the Delta Sigma Theta G.E.M.S. program.

Frances A. Taggert, born in Pittsburgh, PA, earned a bachelor's degree in general management with concentrations in human resource management and organizational behavior from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006. She currently is in the process of completing graduate coursework in human resource management. Upon the completion of her bachelor's degree she decided to join United States Steel Corporation. She began her career at U.S. Steel in the Management Associate Training Program in Employee Relations. Since joining U.S. Steel she has held several positions . Currently, Ms. Taggert is an intermediate supervisor of Employee Services and Benefits at United States Steel's Mon Valley Works operating facilities. In 2007 she became a member of the Urban League Young Professionals. Ms. Taggert has membership in the Society for Human Resource Management. She was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in the fall of 2004. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of USA. Ms. Taggert currently resides in Franklin Park, PA.

Currently, Melanie is employed as a Member Services Rep. for Community Care Behavioral Health, where she assists members of Pennsylvania's Medicaid program with locating appropriate treatment for mental health and drug/alcohol related issues. Melanie joined ULYP fall of 2009.

Eugene is a member of several civic and service organizations including the Renaissance Group of Greater Pittsburgh(founding member) and Alpha Omicron Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. where he holds the position of chapter secretary. He is currently an active member of the Mount Ararat Baptist Church and is a saxophonist in their music ministry and a mentor for their youth mentoring project. Eugene joined ULYP-GP in the summer of 2009.

Donnie has long been committed to the development of the young professional community. Mentoring the youth of Pittsburgh has always been important to Donnie, whether it is through the mentoring initiatives through his fraternity, his church or through ULYP. Since joining ULYP-GP in 2005, Donnie has held numerous leadership positions including President. He has worked hard to ensure that young professionals in the region reach their full potential.

Over the years, Sammie has worked in the areas of marketing, advertising, community and economic development, fundraising, political advocacy, and strategic planning and consultation. In July 2009, he also launched E. Cubed Consulting; a motivational speaking firm that provides a myriad of strategic business services to increase success through personal, professional and organizational development. As Manager of the Office of Youth Policy, Sabrina assists Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl with developing strategies to positively impact the region's youth and families. She previously served as Special Assistant to the Mayor and prior to transitioning to the City, Sabrina worked as a field representative for U.S. Congressman Mike Doyle, specializing in the Department of State, Education and Homeland Security.
Marisa C. Bartley a native of the Philadelphia area came to Pittsburgh to begin her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh. She graduated in 2005 with a BA in Communications. Marisa has been working in the financial services industry in a management capacity for 4 years. She joined the Citizens Bank team in 2008, as the assistant branch manager at the Citizens Square office in downtown Pittsburgh. Whether she's working in a financial capacity or being a resource by getting them connected within the city Marisa makes her customers feel at home in Pittsburgh and with Citizens Bank . In turn these activities have enabled her to be a consistent top performer within he company.
Melanie Hailsham was born and raised on the Southside of Pittsburgh. In 2008, she graduated with honors from Thiel College with a degree in Communications and English minor with a specialization in writing. In the past she has been involved in various community-based initiatives including the City of Pittsburgh's Youth Policy Council and the Mayor's Youth Advisory Board, where she was the chair for the fundraising committee and also the host of the television show on PCTV.
Eugene D. Williams III is a native of Freeport, New York and a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he attained a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, with a concentration in Mechanics. Upon graduating, Eugene was one of twelve chosen from around the country to enter Medtronic's (the world leader in implantable medical devices) 2nd Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management Academy. In 2007, Eugene was offered an opportunity to join the Medtronic Pittsburgh team as a Clinical Specialist. In this role, Eugene assists physicians in the implanting of Pacemakers, Internal Cardiac Defibrillators, and Cardiac Resynchronization devices.
Adolph Sims is a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Communication/Rhetoric. This Pittsburgh native lives a simple life enjoying the simple luxuries of good friends and family. Adolph works for Banana Republic LLC, where has served for the past 7 years. He delights in outfitting individuals for special occasions. He is also member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Vernard Alexander has many years of experience as an Educator. He also has Workforce Development experience. Vernard is active in helping people "Network" for the future. Vernard has a high motivation to help minorities realize the dream of "Entrepreneurship". With positive feedback from current and future Entrepreneurs, Vernard decided to create MNE, Inc. in the Summer of 2006.
Marita L. Bradley is a Trainer for the Non-profit Leadership Training Institute (NLTI). NLTI is a nonprofit social service agency, which seeks to "build capacity" for individuals, organizations, corporations and churches.Marita is a recent graduate of the University of Hawaii at Hilo, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology. Marita was an active member of the UHH Sociology Club and served as President of the Sociology Club for 2 years, until her graduation.
Bethany E. Miller was born and raised in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is an Attorney in the Litigation and Employee Benefits practice groups at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. Bethany graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2004 and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008.
Steven (Steve) Renfro is a graduate of Edinboro University and a native Pittsburgh resident. He is a Finance professional and is employed by PNC Financial Services. Steve is also Vice-President of Programming for the National Inroads Alumni Association (NIAA) and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
Branson Holly is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, and moved to Pittsburgh two years ago by way of Louisville, Kentucky. Branson is employed by Enterprise and works in the Fleet Management Division as an outside sales representative. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Branson joined ULYP-GP in 2008.
Allyce Pinchback is an Education Program Manager at the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Japanese and an Asian Studies Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh, during which time she also spent a semester as an exchange student at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan.
William Johnson is a native Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania resident. In 2007, Will graduated from Hampton University with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and is currently exploring opportunities to further his education through graduate studies.
Originally from Rochester, New York Donnie came to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduation, Donnie began employment with the City of Pittsburgh's Housing Authority. Currently, Donnie is a Senior Leasing Agent with Ralph A. Falbo, Inc. Donnie is also a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh's LDI XIII and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
